PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 11, 2011 - Gordon McKernan and McKernan Law Firm have laun Infiniti m hybird ched a YouTube & Facebook campaign that ends August 22 to combat distracted driving. Currently our campaign has had tremendous response, with over 1000 views on YouTube in one week.
The video is a short clip entitled, "Distracted Driving is Like Driving Blind" which shows what can happen if we take our eyes off the road for even a few seconds. Studies suggest that texting and driving is 8 times more dangerous than drunk driving. Yet, many people text and drive every day putting themselv goverment technology es and others at risk.
Gordon McKernan is committed to reminding drivers of all the dangers associated with distracted driving. He has been invited to many schools to educate our teenagers about the various laws, consequences and realities of distractions while driving. It has made an impact on many teenagers. When the teenagers have been interviewed many of them have the 'it won't happen to me' syndrome. Once they have heard Mr. McKernan and watched his presentation, they are aware not only of the dangers of distracted driving but the consequences that are associated with the decision they make if they first drive audi a6 choose to text and drive, drink and drive, or are associated with any form of distracted driving.
