A few of these models will be next generation models of Maserati classics, while others will be all new models developed by Maserati in time for 2014. Maserati plans to release two all new four door sedans in time for the 2014 lineup, including an all new version of the Maserati Quattroporte, along with a mini version of the Quattroporte. The two models are rumored to house all new 400 horsepower turbocharged versions of the Pentastar V6 engines, with all wheel drive and eight speed automatic transmissions. The all new Quattroporte will be available at the end of 2012, and the mini Quattro will be available in the following year. Maserati has also announced that the brand will begin automobile news development on a U.S. produced performance SUV, based on the Jeep Grand Cherokee platform. The SUV will be included in Maserati's 2014 lineup.
